Paul was nearly 30 minutes late for our appointment. But once he arrived, he did a solid job -- performing yeomans work on replacing a 33-year-old garbage disposal. (While installing new disposals is fairly easy, removing dated ones is much tougher.) Paul appears to be one of the few handyman who will service condominium units (many contractors wont, apparently due to liability issues.) And of the others who would replace my disposal, some wanted twice the fees Paul charged. So, overall, this was a positive experience.
