Very great company to work with. They called a few days before to confirm appointment and called again before sending the technician. He diagnosed all of the wiring I was having issues with and also did a great job on the new outlet installation which was a tricky one. Accidentally poked a hole through the wrong wall but took 10% off entire bill and patched up the mistake. A little touch up paint and no one will notice.

Price was billed as quoted on site but website average was very misleading and much lower than actual charges.

Very prompt, had several small electrical light problems, they fixed those and suggested to replace other lights at the same time which would save money. No pressure, they just suggested it would save another inevitable service call. They trace other electrical problems that were ghosting us. very up front about pricing.

I contacted them with very little notice before they were needed for a job (finding an electrician was not on my list of duties to address, but someone forgot to take care of it), and they were able to get in on the second day of the project and get everything squared away. They understood what we wanted done, and made it happen. Will definitely use them again for our next electrical project.

I found them to be on the higher side of the scale. Even they agreed they were. If I even need to exercise their warranty, that will tell whether paying more was worth it. Work was on time, and as advertised. Even though I was remote, they kept in contact throughout the installation. Very professional. Price kept them from a max rating.
