    Work was done quickly and expertly and carries a 3 year warranty. Cost is based on project not time to preform which sounds like a benefit. I had one electrical outlet installed on outdoor front patio taping power inside right behind new outlet. Parts maybe $50; time on project 40 mins as he also checked two switches at front door too. Cost? $729. My fault I guess. IÂ’m new to Iowa and didnt know the electrical code but I should have done it myself. No complaints about the work though.

They are based on an average for all of our techs. So sometimes something that might take another tech 4-5 hours, our faster techs may have complete in 2 hours. Although this may seem to you that you didn?t get your money worth, we feel when this happens it can be a win for you. We know your time is valuable and we respect your time. So the quicker we get done (when done correctly the first time) the more time you have to handle other things. Not only are our prices based on the average time for the tech?s labor, they are also based on several other things. To name a few, material, time to get tech to your home, the fully stocked truck he came to your home in, our cost to have him background checked and drug tested, his or her continuing education to stay on top of today?s codes to better serve you, our 100% satisfaction guarantee, 3yr warranty and much more. Thanks again for the opportunity to serve you and for your honest feedback.

    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
