The quality of the work completed was generally satisfactory, which is why I am giving a moderate rating. However, I was disappointed with the overall experience. The company performed work without first providing a written estimate or obtaining approval for the final cost. I was then presented with a bill for approximately $1,900, which came as a surprise. In addition, there was another area that was supposed to be addressed, but the work was never completed. Afterward, I contacted the company multiple times to discuss my concerns and seek clarification. Unfortunately, my inquiries were largely ignored, and the only response I received was, "Yes ma'am," without any meaningful follow-up or resolution. While the workmanship itself was decent, better communication, upfront pricing, and responsiveness to customer concerns would greatly improve the customer experience.

Not trustworthy. After arriving at property found hedge halfway cut. Notified him of the issue and he indicated he would go back and complete. Has been going on for several weeks with a number of exchanges - he kept telling me he would finish. I have concluded he will not complete the project. I will not use the contractor in the future due to the poor performance.

This company is reliable and their work ethic is beyond words. All hard workers and enjoy what they do. My home looks out beautiful. Great job. Very reasonable and you won't be disappointed. 5 stars

recently had Coastline Property Services install seamless gutters on my beach house, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The team was professional, efficient, and paid great attention to detail. They completed the job on time and ensured everything was cleaned up afterward. The new gutters look fantastic and function perfectly, even during heavy rain. I highly recommend Coastline Property Services for their excellent work and outstanding customer service!!!

Company is a total rip off. Contracted to install gutters, made four different appointments and never came with a litany of accuses. Still has not returned my money. Run from this company.

The sales rep , owner, or whatever you want to call her, did not look at the job. She offered a quote and then accepted my counter-offer. The people sent out to the job were reckless and destroyed my water meter base, several of my window screens, and dumped roofing shingles into my pool and did not retrieve them. Then, they left jacks and tools at my property for a week. It was only when I threatened to seize the equipment, did they show up to actually finish the job. While the actual roofing shingles appear to be properly installed, I would NOT hire them again. Lack of professional service is unacceptable.

The two carpenters who replaced our deck and steps did a fantastic job and they were extremely friendly and professional. I highly recommend coastline property services for all of your decking needs
