    Needed to replace broken cord. Cord was replaced but the blind did not raise or lower properly when I reinstalled in my home. I phoned Window Visions and relayed this problem. Was told that they had same problem first time they tested the blind up/down operation. Then was told that their second attempt was successful. Paid $65.00 for a repair that didn't work. I was told that I could bring the blind back to their facility and it would probably only take several minutes to fix the mechanism that controls the up and down feature. I would not recommend this company for blind repair.

    Response from Company:

    Jeff called me after he picked up his shade and told me it wasn't working properly. I asked him to bring the shade back so I could see what the issue was and he said he would. But instead of bringing back the shade, he decided to just write a negative review. Bottom line is I stand behind my work. But if I'm not given the opportunity to fix something there isn't much more that I can do.

    Nick was truly amazing! We have an older discontinued Hunter Douglas adjustable shades that cover a sliding door entrance to our patio with a broken pulley cord. Being an old (17 year-old) model the manufacturer had no parts for it. But Nick managed to figure out the poorly designed mechanism and added the new cord. For a while it looked as if we'd need to buy a whole new covering...but Nick saved the day for a very reasonable, fair price. He's golden. My only regret is that I can only give hm 5 stars.

      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
