    Nick was amazing!!! I did not want to replace my Hunter Douglas blinds. I sent him pictures of what the problem was and he quoted me a price. It took him no time to fix the problem and ended up charging me much less than what was quoted. Will definitely call again if ever needed for a repair and/or replacement.

    When I thought I hired Nick Christopolos after he visited us in our home and advised us what we needed to fix our blinds, we never heard from him again. No follow-up communication from him at all. He has proven to us through his customer service behavior that he is not reliable and his word cannot be relied upon. We liked Nick when we met him, but he is simply not reliable in following up his promised actions or overall customer communication. In short, we did not complete the repair to our blinds with Nick and do not intend to.

    David is absolutely correct, as I did an in home consultation to determine if his blind could be repaired. What he neglected to mention was that I did not charge him for the consultation. The fact is that I did not get back to him with a replacement cost as I had a personal issue interfere with my ability to do so. I have since contacted him to apologize for my lack of follow up and to express my willingness to still help him if he would like. To date I have not heard back from him.
