Chris was absolutely amazing, called me on a Wednesday came over on a Thursday, it was fixed on a Saturday within a reasonable budget, very flexible. Took less than an hour very impressed I wanted to upload before and after pictures, but the files were too big. Here is the after picture of what was my broken kitchen window.
