Colin and Zac worked hard on very difficult windows to reach. They were very conscientious and redid one window that had an area with residual soap on it. Very courteous and friendly with my dogs.

We contracted Window Genie to power was the exterior of our house as well as an exterior cleaning of all our windows. Keith and Zach were courteous and professional. Their work was very thorough. When they had completed the work, we walked the property to inspect the finished product. I was extremely happy with everything. Our white trim on the house looked like it had all just been painted and the windows were very clean. I would highly recommend using Window Genie for your home cleaning projects. The value of their services cannot be overstated.

The two employee were professional and were efficient and quick in completing the job. The only issue I had was several windows were left with dirty water residue at the base and drops on the floor and carpet. I would recommend that they carry towels to place on the floor as they are squeegeeing the window.
