Everyone I dealt with on the phone or in person were fabulous. I would always choose them for any future work.

The owners are very responsive and the two guys who washed the windows were professional and courteous. I could only give them 3.5 stars because this isn't how I did the windows when I was able. They came on a cloudy day and even though all the furniture was moved away from the windows, they chose to wash the second floor from the outside! The 20' scrubber and squeegee never reached the tops of those windows. When I called Jeff, he apologized and had them come back the next business day. It was cloudy that day too but they corrected the obvious places missed from the inside. It wasn't until the sun came out that the many smears were very noticeable. I will acknowledge that the outside hadn't been done in 3 years and were filthy. By only using the squeegee though it left a line of dirty water along the left side of nearly every window. When I pointed it out, they wiped it with a filthy rag making if worse but could only be seen when the sun came out. I will use this service again because there are few options. I will, however, make sure they come on a sunny day and if necessary I will provide them with clean rags to get rid of any streaks.

They were on time and cleaned up any mess there was They were very professional. This is not my first time using this company and it won't be my last.

The company was responsive and professional. The individual removed their shoes when in the house, was prompt and courteous. The windows shined and sparkled. Could not be more pleased with the service/outcome and will certainly have them back every 6 months or so.
