I've used William Anderson for a couple of projects, from painting, to shingling, and basement support and received great service for each project. Definitely someone I'd use again.

William Anderson, the contractor, was the last of several contractors I received an estimate from. He wasn't the lowest or the highest. But as he explained to me what all he would do besides shingling the 60 plus year old garage roof, fix the one gutter that was hanging off at one end and install 6, 3 inch round vents in the siding that was in place of soffits when this out of square, unlevel garage was built by the home owner back in the 60s I knew I was hiring the right contractor. He even went a step further and covered the exposed wooden rakes on each end of the garage with out charging me for materials or labor. He could only work up there in the mornings because of the extreme heat that week. Removed old shingles (about 5 squares) the 1st morning and since the wood under them was good he and his helper got the paper barrier down and then had to wait until noon for the shingles to be delivered. Job was completed in 3 half days. I'm extremely satisfied. No pics available..

We have hired William Anderson multiple times to replace and or repair both asphalt shingles and rubber roofing (on a flat roof and in built-in gutters). In all cases William did a first-rate job. He sets a time to arrive to do the work. If weather has delayed him, he always informed us of the delay and kept us informed about a new date. We highly recommend William.

William Anderson was very professional upon meeting, putting booties on to enter my home to review what I needed fixed (leaking skylight) the very next day. He thoroughly checked out the roof, shared pictures of other damage and everything he noted of concern. William worked with my schedule, was on time and cleaned up before leaving. His quote was reasonable and the work was high quality. I will contact him for future issues and already let him know of my next project in mind. I highly recommend him for his excellent work and work ethic, along with his honesty and fair pricing.

William is very professional in all aspects of construction. I highly recommend him to do pretty much anything construction related.

William did an excellent job with replacing 5 roof boots/vents. He also repaired some shingles on a shed and cleaned the gutters. I would hire him again. Very nice and polite man to deal with.

We underwent a major exterior reno to our home. William and his team installed our new roof, demo the entire front, removed a huge two story window and replaced with new, framed in our new extra large doors, built our new front porch and installed the metal roof on that. We could not have asked for a better crew! They are fast, efficient and the quality of work is exceptional! One thing I appreciated the most was Williams communication about the project from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and honest. He offered up some great suggestions in regards to our project in which we definitely took advantage of. They did an amazing job and I highly recommend them.

William Anderson has done two repairs to my roof which corrected mistakes done by another roofing company seven years ago. He is knowledgeable, and can identify problems/mistakes quickly. He explains what he is doing, and why he is doing it. When doing repairs he photographs what the problem was, and takes pictures during the repair process. I wouldnâ t hesitate to recommend him for any roofing repair problem.
