It was truly a pleasure working with Don. He helped us with a mole issue. His knowledge and skills were most impressive. Highly recommend for any critter issues!

Don trapped the first animal. Then we discovered another one. For two months it would not come out to be trapped. Then I noticed that there was no movement. I told Don I thought it had died. Don removed both traps and left without informing me. I noticed the traps were gone so I called him twice. He has not answered my calls nor has he tried to call me. now I am left with a dead animal in my crawl space. I paid him 225.00. he did not finish the job. when I asked what if it does not come out? He said he would have to go in and get it and that what I expected.

Don proposed excellent processes, carried through exactly as described, and went the extra mile to provide a perfect solution. Just as important: I trust him.

We really just started with the program Don Herring recommended but as far as knowledge and customer service goes I am extremely happy.
