Arrived on time. Assessed the situation correctly and provided an excellent solution to the problem. Discussed the plan in detail and answered all questions. I would rccommend him very highly to any one with a similar problem.

Brian Wulff is the best qualified person, informative and came out the very next day. He explained what he would do and WHY. He showed us where the bats and other critters were getting in, shared his solution. Came out after 10 days and removed his excluders and put some some vent screening that was better than what we had. Have not had a problem since and have not heard any "pitter patter of little feet" since. I highly recommend him!

We seemed to get a bat in the house once a year, but we recently had 4 bats in the house in about a year. Brian Wulf concluded they were hibernating in my attic. The project started as the coronavirus pandemic began and that delayed things, but he installed excluders (one-way doors) and came back in September to remove them and seal up the openings. I haven't seen or heard a bat since his first visit and we can now sleep soundly again ... except for the dogs in our bed.

Brian is someone I will not hesitate to call again if I need to. We got in touch and made an appointment right away. He was able to come out the very next day. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He diagnosed the problem right away, had to come back out a second time, and charged a very fair price. Brian lives about an hour from our house. He was professional and came everyday to check our traps. He caught the mother racoon and then removed the 5 pups from our window dormer. He came back another time with a hepa vacumn to clean up a mess that Bat's made as a favor. What a guy.

Brian answered my call for help within minutes and was at my home within 3 hours, just as he said. The problem involved 2 doves getting into my house through a broken bathroom vent. He set it up so the doves could exit my house but not re-enter. The next morning he came out and installed the permanent fix after making sure I no longer heard the birds. I am very happy with his service and highly recommend this company.

Brian quickly contacted us after I called HomeAdvisors for help. That same day he came over to analyze the situation. He said he thought we had a raccoon in our attic and proceeded to find a way to get him out. He set a trap, and the next morning we had a raccoon in the trap. I can't tell you how grateful we were to know that she was caught and we wouldn't have to contend with all the noise she made each evening let alone the damage. Brian was very personable and professional and he explained each method he was using. He came out to the house four days in a row to make sure all was going well and he finalized the job by repairing and covering the hole on our roof. I would recommend him in a minute.
