All of my toilets in the house backed up. Called wild Waters plumbing who responded promptly. Found a plug in my septic tank and used a shovel to remove it. Refused to charge a trip charge despite my insistence. This is a highly ethical company focused on customer service. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a honest plumber. I will certainly be using them in the future for other needs.

Jonathan promptly replied to my request, he and Caleb were here at the appointed time. After reviewing what would be the best option for my budget and needs, we agreed to a price and the new heater was installed the same day! Everything was done neatly, quickly and correctly. They cleaned up the work area and the entry to the house. They are very professional, polite and efficient. I have never experienced same day service done so well.

Found them through home advisor. Needed a water heater replaced and the job was done in less than 24 hours from initial phone call. Price was less than the big box stores for the same heater and labor and they didn't do any bait and switch with the pricing like other contractors do when they quote over the phone. They texted on the way to my house and sent pictures when finished. I appreciate the excellent communication and prompt service.
