Wilbanks Construction Company

My parents and I hired Jeff Wilbanks to repair their home after filing a water damages claim through their insurance. I found his company on this Home Advisor site and reading through reviews. Jeff contacted me back very promptly and we discussed the needed repairs. Jeff was truly an answer to prayer after many months of having to struggle with the insurance claims process (Allstate is deplorable). We talked on multiple occasions to make sense of the insurance estimate and make selections to put my parents house back in order, and my parents were very pleased with him and his subs. They did an excellent job with insulation, drywall repair, new carpet, new LVT, painting, trim work, door replacement, toilet and faucet replacement, closet repair, and so much more that Iâ m sure Iâ m missing. He is very trustworthy and kind and I know he went above and beyond for our family. The house looks great and he did it quickly, considering the process with insurance outside of our control. Thank you Jeff! You have our highest recommendation and appreciation!

Great group. I hired them to add an approximately 300 square foot sun-room onto our home and we are very pleased with the end product. It has rapidly become the favorite room in the house. The workers were on the job promptly at 8:00 a.m. every morning and worked HARD all day long -- and they were just nice guys .. . regular folks. We had a couple of very minor issues that arose after the room was completed ... they came out and fixed those in a timely manner. I am happy enough with their work to have them back to remodel a bathroom later this year. I felt their pricing was reasonable ... it wasn't the cheapest, but was far from the highest among bids I got, and I got a good vibe from meeting Jeff Wilbanks, the owner. It turns out that good vibe was right on the mark. I am happy to write this review as I am a satisfied customer.

Extremely nice, extremely efficient. They showed up early in the a.m. and ready to work! They have been working hard everyday. Very professional! Always took my calls and addressed any concerns I had! They were wonderful! Highly recommend!

My experience with Jeff Willbanks and Willbanks Construction was very positive from opening introduction to the final inspection. Everything went A+. Anyone looking to redo their basement, I highly recommend this company.

Excellent and high quality work, was a little disappointed in the time to complete but it was a big project.
