Had a problem with squirrels feasting on the lead flashing around my chimney at the roofline. Chose Ryan Dolan at Wicked Smart Exteriors after hearing four other proposals. Glad I did. His guys were real pros. As a matter of fact, I can’t remember having a better experience with a local contractor!

Ryan was awesome to work with and did a fantastic job. We called because of a roof leak. Not only did he return the call promptly but they were able to get started the next day! Thank you for getting the job done so quickly but more importantly with high quality! Would highly recommend!!!

Ryan provided a complete evaluation of the issue with my roof in a professional and friendly manner. A quotation was drawn up including 3 options to tackle the problem Based on the evaluation and quotation I decided to move forward with Wicked Smart Exteriors The work was carried out in a timely fashion using all the right materials and addressing all the subtle issues. It was brought to my attention that there was an additional problem with the flashing around the chimney. We quickly settled on the work required and this effort was then included in the roof renewal. I thoroughly recommend Wicked Smart for your roofing projects

They did a fabulous job replacing our roof which had 4 layers of shingles. We knew there was 3 layers but had no idea it was 4 layers. They worked two days for 12 hours each day and then another 5 hours another day because the project was more than expected. They were so polite and considerate because we were working from home. There were no radios blasting just really hard working men getting a tough job done.
