Reviews
Write a ReviewI hired White Construction to replace the existing tile at my property (Approximately 1200 sq feet). The material was provided by me the owner and the installation was done by Daniel White and his crew. A general inspection was done prior to the completion of the job and some tiles needed replacement. After moving back into the property and walking throughout the house, we started noticing hallow spots on the floor. I called Daniel White and reported the problem. He claimed that the problem was with the thinset and not the installation. I notified the manufacturer of the thinset company and they sent out an inspector to inspect the floor and take samples of the thinset used. I tried calling Daniel White, but he would not pickup or return my calls. I received the lab result and a letter stating that the thinset was good and the problem was due to poor installation. The thinset was not properly applied as per the instruction on the bag. The end result White Construction never bothered to call me back, so I had to rip off the new floor, purchase new tile and hire a new a company. Mr. White was also hired to open a new vent hole and close the existing one. I am still waiting for Mr. White to finish the job and close the existing vent hole. I would never recommend White Construction for any type of work. They do not stand behind their service.
This Client was not honest he did not mention the fact that every day after we were leaving the property he was walking on the tile and banging each one to test for hollow spots as the floor was not cured yet, and he was loosening them we went back several times and replaced 50 to 60 tiles, and he would tap on them as well I spoke with the manufacturer as well, and they told me due to the fact he's walking on the tile and banging them prior to the floor curing it creates dry spots I tried to resolve the issue with him many times
On time and well done
Very professional team, timely response, high quality end product, great price. Highly recommended. Will hire again.
I hired Daniel White to come and repair my ceiling do to water damage. Daniel White was very punctual and kind when he had come out to give me an estimate, even when my 3 year old daughter kept getting in the way cause she was wanting to talk to him. He explained everything that he was going to have to do and was very quick to give me the quote. So I hired him to come and do the job. He came on a Saturday and was on time (I really appreciate that) him and his guys taped everything off and got right to work. After they were done they cleaned up all of their mess and hauled everything away. He had everything he needed including trash bags and a broom, he made sure everything was back in place. Daniel was extremely professional. I will for sure hire him again for another project. I highly recommend him.
Daniel White is definitely a professional. He answered, quoted and did the job within 24 hours. Very hard to find great customer service for a company in the Ft. Lauderdale area.
Great job and customer service
Arrived early, ready to work, and finished ahead of schedule WITHOUT sacrificing quality!!
Daniel responded very quickly to my request on Angie s list. He had my wall repaired the next day. The job was done to my satisfaction.
