I requested an AM installation as I had other contractors scheduled to be in the house later in the day. Installers arrived in early PM hours, able to work with them has other contractors arrived early, thus was able to get them working on their project. All in all, Westside Dry wall was easy to work with , very focused and efficient on site, and did a good job protecting the site to avoid insulation spreading to other areas. Were in and out in less than 2 hours for an attic re-insulation project

The Oregon Energy Trust guy was here at the same time, and said the crews had to do substantial work in the attic to repair fan ducts. From all the sawing and hammering I heard, it sounds like quite a bit got fixed up there. It was nice that the Energy Trust guy knew insulation jobs so well and provided reassurances that everything he saw was being done correctly. I'm not going to crawl under the house to see the new vapor barrier and new pipe insulation, have to count on their reputation and good word for that part of the job.

Spray foam crew very knowledgeable and efficient. Other crew very helpful. Great installation. Management needs to better communicate with crews to make sure everyone knows what to install to eliminate confusion.

The quote was good and done in a timely manner. The spray foam was a noticeable difference when we got home from the heat being off all day during the installation. The crew was neat and professional. They answered all my questions and left the house very clean.

The estimator was very knowledgeable on product and energy credits/rebates. Westside did the paperwork for the Oregon Energy Trust rebate. The installation crew was professional and fast, used appropriate safety protection, and cleaned up after the job.
