West Shore Home Charleston

Time for a new bathtub and shower, so I called West Shore after I saw the commercial. Overall Drake D., Tim J., and Jeff F. did an amazing job.

I was really impressed with the installation guys. David Ogden and Look Rose were great. They were very professional and explained everything as they went along. I was so impressed by the way they worked together. It was like a well oiled machine. You could tell they had worked together before and each had their job and it worked smoothly. They came in at 8:00 and were finished by 5:00. The job they did was great. They took out my bathtub and installed a shower. My husband and I love the new shower.

We Initially had a VERY misleading experience with our salesman. Our installers arrived and changed our experience. They were professional and the installation was quick. We did however have to call back. The shower seal had grown black mold and needed to be replaced. David Ogden arrived and expedited the call back as well as following up on services that were not completed on the initial install!! Thank you David for putting our minds at ease!

The West Shore Home Group made this whole process easier and faster than I ever thought possible. Bobby Olesen was a fantastic designer and really helped me decide on what I wanted for my dream bathtub/shower combo. The scheduling team was able to work with my crazy schedule and was able to get a team out to me in less than a month! Steven Breland and his team did a phenomenal job on the install. They were courteous, kind, friendly, professional, and respectful of my home and of myself. As an added bonus, both Bobby and Steven and his team were all very good about my annoying 8 month old puppy trying to bother them and bark at them. I was very grateful that they were kind and respectful, even to my puppy. This whole team and company is phenomenal and I will definitely be hiring them again for my next project!

Great experience over all. I needed to have a spot in the shower recaulked. Barry Welch came out the next day and fixed it. Supper fast, dependable, and professional.

Fabulous products, service, knowledge & skills! We had a walk-in bathtub removed and replaced along with 96" worth of ugly tile on walls. Our new 2nd bath is beautiful. We chose white tub & white subway tiles and polished nickel fixtures. The team did a fabulous job replumbing (they found problems with old plumbing and fixed it properly), removed the beastly tub without splitting in two parts, meticulously placed plumbing, tile backs, and tub in and installed new fixtures. They jumped through hoops to locate polished nickel products to include the shower rod. We also had them finish the plumbing in our unfinished 3rd bathroom and the install a 32" corner shower. Whew...it's a small bathroom so we talked with the crew chief doing the work (he's SOOOOO knowledgeable and just a great guy!) and he gave us suggestions regarding sink and toilet. It's a tiny bath so we greatly appreciated Westshore stepping up and going above and beyond to do the work in our home. We get rave reviews on how well these bathrooms look and it shows! Just beautiful! Price was right on point considering they went above and beyond and followed up.

They told me it would be done in a day and it was.

I had a garden tub removed and a regular tub with shower replace it. The workers kept the area clean while tearing the area down to the studs. They totally cleaned up before they left. They did an awesome job and I'm enjoying this area so much.

My bathtub area looks great. The work was done in less time than I expected. The only problem - they showed up earlier than I was told they would and I was still in my jammies!

Superior workmanship. Easy to coordinate time. I have already hired him to do another job which he has accomplished in record time with excellent results and the tub had a hole in it which came out perfect!!!
