Highly recommend! We had hired them previously for a reroof on our rental home and Teresa was very responsive. The job was completed on time and as quoted. When we had the opportunity to sell another rental property, 2 days before the closing, the buyers inspector had an issue with the roof. Teresa was able to send someone out to repair the items and the closing was saved.! Service above and beyond!

Highly recommend them. Teresa did a great job start to finish working with my husband and I. We live in Fayetteville Ga but also own a home in Gulf Breeze Fla.. We were told by our home owners insurance they were going to terminate our coverage as our current roof was over 15 years old. They did a beautiful job replacing the roof and getting it done in a timely manner. Teresa worked with our home owners insurance to provide them with all documentation they required to renew our policy.. She also took care of getting the wind mitigation done. She went above and beyond and worked along with us even when we had to go back to our other home in Georgia. We highly can recommend this roofing company. Their prices were very reasonable as we got 2 or 3 estimates before choosing them.

West Florida Roofing exceeded my expectations in every way. I had several quotes and Brad had the best price by far. Teresa was my main contact with the process. Both of them were outstanding, professional, and very personable. They always showed a genuine interest and care for my questions. The process was smooth and easy. They even helped me out with a great referral for my gutters. My home adjuster came out to look at the roof after Hurricane Sally. He said I had a great roof that had no problems and had good quality workmanship. He asked for their name to use for others who needed a roof. I highly recommend them!
