Friendly, knowledgeable electrician. Showed up on time. Explained to me that he could not give me an estimate because it could be a simple job or, not so simple. Wouldn't know until he examined problem, and that could not happen until I hired him. *I Understood and I hired him. Repair took 30-minutes. I had him check something else because I had agreed to pay a minimum of 1-hour. The additional electrical check took another 15-minutes. ... Payment time came and he said he would charge me $60 instead of the $65 (per hour) quoted. I said thanks and wrote the check. He then said, "I forgot. I also have to charge you a $24 'lead fee' that Home Advisor charges me". ... I did not like the "after-sale" bump but paid it anyway. Since when does a customer have to pay for the marketing a contractor does? ... So, my recommendation to any reader of this review is this: He did great work. Was prompt and professional but, but, but, find out EXACTLY what his time will cost you INCLUDING any "fringe" charges if any. Don't let what I allowed to happen to me happen to you.

Justin was very nice and did a great job. He was timely and his hourly rate was very reasonable. I will definitely use him in the future.

Excellent customer service -- same day call back, quick estimate, and work was performed the same week (ceiling fan installation). They were very personable and professional and did great work. I would definitely hire them again.

My main project was to trouble shoot a deck lighting problem on a Time & Materials basis. They worked quickly to find and correct the problem. They did such a quick and good job that I had them also install a external recepticle. All work was done quickly but with high quality and professionalism.

this company is the best....we called on thur nite and mr. wentzel said he would be over fri afternoon....sure enough he kept his word..explained the problem that we had, no power from our pool or working outlets on front porch....he explained what had to be done, and we told him to do it.....what great service, what a great price...folks no need to shop around for an electrician...just call wentzels...there workmanship is great, there price is great. when ever i need any work, i know where to call now....thank you again

I can not say enough about wentzel electric...we had a problem with our pool outlet and outlets on the front porch...i called wentzels on thur night and he said he would be here fri afternoon...sure enough he was here..told us the problem, and we told him to go ahead with the work..that day..wow, dont get that to often...or they say they will be back in a week or two...not this company....did the job right there and then...installed new outlets and the pool outlet and a few other things...i must say, this company is rated the highest points that can be given...when i got the bill....i could not beleive the low cost....this company is great....thank you again wentzel electric
