Submitted my request and Justin called immediately. Set up the appointment and he arrived right on time. Had some wiring concerns in the basement, so he troubleshooted the problem and made the repairs. Very happy with the service. Nice guy and would highly recommend.

Mr Wetzel responded to my delima quickly and courteously. He understood how serious my electrical problem was and wanted to make sure all was safe. He identified the problem and made temporary repairs to make sure we had the electrical service we needed during the cold weather. My problem was with my Generac standby generator. The electrical transfer control box burned up just 4 months after the warranty period. Generac would not help out and we're very selfish about their concern not only because the failed part could have been disastrous but the didn't even care to know why for future p

Justin was great. Was able to reconfigure up/down cabinet lighting installed by previous owners who left a mess with extension cords all plugged into the microwave. Now am able to use the lighting with a simple throw of a switch inside my cabinet instead of climbing a stool to plug in an endless supply of cords. Service was prompt and professional.....great outfit - thanks!

Justin and John were prompt and efficient. Very polite and helpful. Had to do a couple of extra little things while here and they were very obliging. As electricians go the rate was fair. He knows his trade and we were very pleased. Even though they were busy, they worked us in, which speaks volumes to us. Thanks and God Bless You Justin.
