Showed up on time. Nick was efficient, knowledgeable, professional and kind. He repaired my pump in a timely manner and explained everything with ease. Customer service was excellent with communication leading the way. Highly recommend the Well Water team! Thanks Nick...great job!

We have an irrigation well built and serviced by Well Water Connection. John the owner was very responsive, and the irrigation well has been a good investment making watering our green lawn pay for the well in just a couple years since town water is also expensive. Drilling for water around here is tricky, and we have had to figure out how to manage our well water usage. Well Water Connection has been a solid partner in maintaining our irrigation well.

The people at Well Water Connection dug my well, installed my pump and service my pump twice a year. I am very happy with the service and system to date. They communicate well, they are responsive to my questions and their products look like they have been professionally installed. Billing is easy and straightforward. Staff is friendly (in the New England way) and courteous. They were recommended by a neighbor and I have recommend them to others.

We had an emergency situation with our well, going dry, and really lucked out by finding these guys. Incredibly responsive and prompt service, immediately figured out the problem, took steps to make sure that, in fact, the solution would not be expensive, and provided exceptional service. We thought Nick, the guy who came out, was absolutely top-notch.

I was very impressed with John and his crew at well water connection. They installed our water well in a very discrete place behind our house, did not cut corners and explained everything to us prior and during installation. Everyone in our neighborhood that has a water well used well water connection (there are several), so I did not bother reaching out to another company for a quote. I was that confident.
