Promises a lot and does not deliver at all. We hired her even if she wasn't the cheapest because we tought she took the time to look at the job site and promised a top to bottom cleaning, and that she would come back if we weren't satisfied. At first sight, it appeared clean, but when you take a closer look, many spots where missed. She also said she would e-mail us the invoice. Two weeks later and still no invoice. To add insult to injury, she does not return our phone calls.

I'm sorry, Adil. A dissatisfied customer is as bad as it gets no matter who's at fault. I'll agree you are disappointed but it must have been due to a communication problem or misunderstanding because we most certainly did not break any promises. The reason I do such a thorough initial examination is so that I know exactly what you expect and can provide you with an accurate estimate. I make it clear both during the estimate and after completing the job that if we have missed anything I will return at no charge. I did respond to your calls and forwarded to you an invoice. Again, I am sorry, Adil.

Gislene came over and did a complete top to bottom, inside out, cleaning of our three bedroom two bath house and it looks brand new. We have never seen it so clean and organized. She did a top notch job at a fair price. I will definitly keep her coming back and highly reccomend her to others in need of a great cleaning service.

I have 4 rental units and I needed one apartment cleaned for a new tenant. The job was very detailed as every baseboard, cabinet, refrigerator, oven and so on needed to be done perfectly and IT WAS! I am so happy with Gislene King and WeBEMaids. I eill never use anyone else if I can help it. I highly recommend this service. Also, an earring I lost a while back was found and returned to me, thank you Gislene.
