I had Ed replace our deep well pump and a hot water heater. Ed and his crew are very efficient, very professional, and their work is of the highest standards. If you want the job done right at a reasonable price - give the Waterboy (Ed) a call. You won’t be sorry. Highly recommend!

Oh they were quick to respond. They put the pump in and cleaned the lines. He said they flushed my well 3 times and he treated the water with something that smelled like chlorine/bleach. My well is only 75ft. He charged me a phenomenal fee. 2800$ to pull a 75ft well line and put a new pump in. Then a month later the water shuts off. I call them. He sent his helper over and he determined that the breaker was bad and the pressure switch was kicking off. This should've been repaired while they were here the 1sy time but it was not. For the money I paid then they wanted to charge me another 1000$ to put a 15$ breaker in and install a 30$ pressure switch. You talk to any plumber and they'll tell you all that should've been repaired when they were here. His helper left that day Saturday saying they'd call Monday morn. Well that came and went and they are not taking my calls or answering my msgs. Don't pay this man your money. He will only over charge you and do the bare minimum. They claim they don't do a half as job but his helper took the panel off my fuse box and did not put it back together right. Now I gotta pay another whole repair to someone else for something that should've been inspected and fixed that 1st day. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this one. I think it's really ignorant that they take advantage of people the way they took advantage of me by charging me all that money. I am in over 10k right now on just getting pipes and water out of em. For that kind of money I should have a brand new bathroom but I'm left with the shitty iron tub. And if they read this review. Fick you Ed. I'll never call you again. And you can suck my dick. For sure bigger than yours Bit¢h.

After working on my well they had removed 265 feet of 1-1/4 inch pipe and replaced it with a 1 inch pipe and when I called him and told him that he needed to reinstall the 1-1/4 pipe because the well was not keeping up with the demand., he refused to return my calls and told me to stop calling. To make matters worse he took the pipe and the pump with him so now I have to hire a new well guy and replace 265' of pvc pipe. DO Not let these people on your property. I am very pissed off. Ron.

Ed and Joe were very quick to respond to us. We had been without water for close to a week. They were extremely informative and educational about the entire process, as well as how to maintain and move forward in the future. Our problem was completely fixed within a few hours. We are forever grateful for them!

My well is 300 feet deep and for 22 years our water was great. It started getting funky and then we had no water. I used Angi at about 11pm and within 10 minutes Ed from water works called and he came out 2 days later and put in a new pump. I am a DIYer and can say I rarely hire people. I hired Ed and he did a fantastic job. He explained everything he was doing, cleaned up and used quality American products. I researched a lot of plumbers and only on Eds reviews did they mention changing pumps. Honestly if I was younger I probably would have attempted to do it myself but after watching it without the proper equipment there is no way. But Ed took the care I would have and am very very pleased. Here's to having great water for another 20 plus years. Don't hesitate to hire water works.

Ed and his crew were very professional and courteous throughout the process. They arrived early and completed all work as agreed and ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Ed and his team to anyone looking for excellent well pump and water service. Great job!
