Ed was fabulous and is now our go to plumber. Fast service, explain what was going on with our water heater so that we could understand and make an informed decision about our new one. We have already recommended Ed to a neighbor. What can I say, the entire experience excellent and we are hiring him in Sept for another job.

Clearly this man is a pro. He was prompt, professional, getting right to the job and completing it that day. I feel I received emergency service without the emergency price. The Norwich area is lucky to have a "Holmes on Holmes." I have used other "pros" in the area only to have the job done incorrectly or incomplete, arguments and excuses the only result. I am glad to finally find a pro I can rely on and trust. Thank you again Ed.
