Water Well Pump Repair: It was really well done. They were on time and completed the work with no issues.

They were prompt and punctual. Never checked pump, never went near pressure tank. Walked to electric panel and blamed it all on electrical panel (door has rust spots). Told me it was a fire hazard and not to hire the cheapest. So I called 3 electricians from your list. One never returned call, one called at end of day, one told me he would put in a new electric panel for $1,400 but "for" he would drop to $1,200..Nonsence. I drove to my township and got a referral. Turns out yes, my panel is old but it was the Cadillac of a panel in its day and he had fuses for it. Came out, inspected it, replaced fuse and discovered (actually crawling into crawl space) that the pressure tank was faulty and shorting out fuse and well He recommended a company who came tested tank which was faulty.They then Replaced well shorted out by tank. They asked who had come before them. I said I don't play that game. They said "let us guess. Was it Well Water Services? By reputation They skip the hard jobs"!

They called me yesterday afternoon and were at my house by 9:00am today to take of the issue. All is well.

Brian Came quickly. He was on another service call he called and let me know about how long he was going to be there and gave an estimate time on his arrival. He fixed the problem in time before it became a bigger problem. He had also recommended us to a septic man who came out to the home quick diagnosed the problem and immediately fixed it ! Thank you.

We had an emergency situation: the well that services 9 homes in Palatine was out. Brian responded immediately to my call and came out one hour later. He brought a sump to help clear the well of water caused the damage and outage. He worked with us to order parts quickly and helped us fix the problem. He's a true well expert.

Amazing. Called right away and scheduled immediately. My National Guard Unit wad activated for riots in the city and he was able to coordinate with my wife and complete in only a few hours. Amazing price and customer service. I will recommend this to anyone and will use him in the future. Thank you!
