Thuy was excellent!! She was so very knowledgeable and very detail oriented about everything. We really appreciated how well she communicated with us from day one. Keith and Quyen were so amazing with the installation!! Their precision and care every step of the way really made sure that our pool was installed perfectly, Just like promised, we were able to enjoy our pool shortly after installation. Our three daughters canâ t get enough of it!!! Thank you Thuy, Keith, and Quyen for treating us like family and doing such amazing work!! We highly recommend their services.

They were excellent during the prep and installation of the above ground pool that was installed 20â in ground. Deck and patio work was outstanding. Would recommend them for above ground pool installation.

The overall experience was really nice watching my land get demolished and my pool being built. The only thing I would say is that I wish it was more even and not so lumpy on the bottom, but besides that the pool itself is great and me and my family have been really enjoying every moment of it.

They were very accommodating as the project encountered unforeseen obstacles and changes to the initial project. Constantly kept us informed of what was being done. I can't begin to describe how pleased we are with every aspect of our relationship with Water Bay. From their visit to our home to go over our project and give us an up front, no-nonsense estimate, to the follow up to completion, where they checked to see that everything was satisfactory, Keith and family were gracious, accommodating and professional. They were thoroughly knowledgeable about the work and completed it in a timely manner, in spite of a challenging install and weather delays. They maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process, and consistently called or arrived at the appointed times. I am pleased to give them my highest recommendation.
