Reviews
Write a ReviewThey are excellent people to work with. I have not complaints.
Excellent follow up Very professional Extremely timely Cleaned up daily.
In their defense, IÂ’m writing this 3-4 years after the work. But since it came up in the Home Advisor review process for something recently done, I thought IÂ’d respond. Spent a lot of money on landscaping and what I ended up with wasnÂ’t worth the money. Thought they would have put down a weed barrier but they didnÂ’t. I have to pull weeds (a lot of them) every year. Plants were supposed to require little care and each year they come back less and less.
Vanassa, We are sorry that you are no longer satisfied with your landscaping. I would like to address some of the concerns you expressed. In regards to filter fabric or weed barrier, there are many horticultural reasons that we do not normally use that, unless it is specifically requested or needed. Some of those reasons include preventing the nourishment and nutrients given by decomposing mulch. When installed those nutrients cannot feed the plant if there is a barrier. Additionally, the fabric normally only prevents weeds for a couple seasons and then they start to grow through or on top. So the added cost is generally not worth it in the long run. Ultimately, weeds are weeds and they unfortunately find their way to grow if they can. For the maintenance, yes they all are minimal/low maintenance plants. That would mean the basics are things they need...once a year trimming, water and then fertilizer to help them really grow healthy and lush. If you need help with these items, please let us know. We pride ourselves in designing and installing quality landscapes and we definitely want them to stay that way even years after. -Tim
Attentive to customer needs & budget.
Tim was willing to work with me on my design, and willing to do whatever he could to try to meet my budget. He was very communicative throughout the process, delivered on his commitments, and his crew worked their asses off during the hottest week of the summer. Tim and his attention to detail did not go unnoticed. He had his crew re-do a large portion of the job, because it wasn't up to his standards (brickwork wasn't completely level). This is something i may not have even noticed, but tim did, and without even asking me about it, he had them address it, which i have no doubt, added a full day of labor. Great work, love my new yard, will def use again when i need more work done in the future!
Ron, thank you for the positive feedback. We look forward to working with you again in the future
We hired Wasmer Brothers to completely redo our backyard. Services included demo of an existing concrete patio, installing a brick paver patio, topsoil, sod, plants and mulch. The project took 8 days to complete. The work crew was outstanding! Very hard workers and very professional. Owner Tim did a great job designing the layout. He was also very attentive to planning and delivery of materials. Everything came on-time to keep the crew working efficiently. Tim also did a great job with communication including phone calls, emails and text messages. He was always attentive to our requests. The final product was just outstanding and beautiful. We highly recommend Wasmer Brothers Landscaping!
The owner Tim was very professional from start to finish. He was easy to work with. He made a suggestion on the landscaping that worked very well for my back yard. I appreciated his follow up call at which time I had an opportunity to evaluate the work that was done.
Tim was fantastic in literally all regards; communication, estimation, execution and follow up. He completely solved our water problem using landscape techniques that are nearly invisible and finished the job at the quoted price. Couldn't have been easier. In fact, we'll probably reach out to him again next spring for some additional services.
Tim understood my tastes to a tee. Jorge and Jose were the best ... the work done to perfection, They were all polite, considerate, and knowledgeable, The design is specular and I have received compliments from everyone in the neighborhood along with friends who have stopped by ... even the UPS driver hollered "beautiful" as he drove by recently. I am thrilled.
I really appreciated how fast they did the work, and how great my walk way looked. I appreciated their advice about using pop-up drain covers. The old covers had grass ground over them and could not drain properly causing the pavers to push up from freezing water. They corrected the problem. They were great.
