Philip could not have taken better care of us. He called last night within minutes of me putting in the request on Angi to discuss and schedule service. He was communicative, prompt, and so professional. Having just moved to the area I?m very glad that I got to meet him and will certainly hold onto his information for other work and recommend Washington Appliance to others! What I thought was going to be a costly appliance repair or replacement turned out to be a repair that he was able to make on his first visit. THANK YOU!!

Mr. Washington confirmed his arrival time in advance and arrived on time. He was very professional, and thorough in his assessment. He was also very knowledgeable and was friendly and he was able to get my dishwasher up and running again. I would definitely call on him again if I need service and highly recommend him.

Quick fix. Needed a new disposal install. Mr Washington was quick to respond and completed quality work.

Phillip arrived promptly and was very professional. The problem was a washing machine leak. He diagnosed the cause to be relatively minor and he repaired it without need of parts replacement. The cost was as originally quoted and quite reasonable.
