I have had a wet, pretty much unusable backyard for about 2 years. I've had several people come out and look, all clueless about why it might be happening and what could be done to fix it. Steve was the first and only person to actually investigate. He came up with steps for possible solutions and was totally upfront about how I should set my expectations as far as cost and results. There was a "wait-and-see" approach (which saved me money) but also immediate action, which is exactly what I hoped for. I also have peace of mind knowing there are steps I can take down the road if necessary. I'm THRILLED to say my yard hasn't been this dry in years! I am looking forward to using it again this summer! I'm really grateful that Steve took the time to investigate. He is also friendly, responsive, and fair. A true professional, highly recommend!

Steven responded right away to my call for two clogged drains. He arrived on time, worked efficiently and neatly and even put new caulk around sink rim for free. I would definitely call him again
