I had the good fortune to run into William at Lowes. He was friendly, professional, willing to go the extra mile(s!) to help me. Even though he was headed to a job in the other direction, he picked up what I needed that evening and installed it the next morning. He does A+ work and is very knowledgeable & versatile. I'm working up my to-do list and will definitely be having him come back to take care of a wide variety of "to-do's" HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
