I was in dire need of a bathroom repair and happy to have found WM3 Repairs & Installation. William was not only helpful throughout this project, but knowledgeable and very transparent. My second floor bathroom had a leak that caused flooding to the first floor. Needless to say, the bathroom required an entire gut job, tiles, new floors etc. This is my first home and my first major repair so as clueless as I was around next steps - William made this entire process easy for me and more importantly, stress-free. The bathroom was completed in a timely manner, he was reliable and accommodated my schedule. I am thankful for the work he put in, the information I was provided and honestly the input requested from me each step of the way to ensure I would be happy with the final results. I am ecstatic with the results and highly recommend William for your repair, installation needs. I will definitely utilize him again!

William was punctual, very knowledgeable, conscientious, and polite. He attached a hose reel to our outside garage wall and installed a ceiling fan in my husband's office. I will definitely hire him again.
