He was nice, professional and very helpful to answered all our questions.

He quickly call me after me asking for service, he came in the morning next day and told me he can start ASAP, I said Yes. He came the next day and start working with another person. I asked a few times for the contract or at least a receipt, and he said he was coming the next day to verify everything was good and complete anything that was not done, until this time more than 1 weeks he hasn?t come back , called me back, or emailed my receipt and paperwork. He got the money and disappeared, then I find out he overcharged me for the work, he take advantage of new young homeowner 1st time looking for help. It?s sad because now we don?t trust anyone, We learn our lesson.

Mr Willie called me 5 minutes after I posted the job. He came the next day and gave us a quote. His team came Friday and got it all done in one day. They were very curious and cleaned up after the project was complete . I totally would recommend them.

Mr. Willie was exceptional. He came to my house on a Saturday for an estimate, and they did the work on that Sunday. The job was amazing, they patched a huge hole in the chimney, he patched with stucco and epoxy, textured it to match. Left no mess, did everything as promised. 100% recommend!!!!

Job was performed on a timely manner and Will Baker is a great person to work with. Would recommend him to anyone needing stucco work done and fixing drywall ceiling problems.

Initial contact with Mr. Baker was good. We were given a verbal quote of how much labor and materials were needed to complete all repairs. When we advised Mr. Baker that we needed a written estimate he told us that he would text us required information. This came after 2nd request and a call was made. His quote was very vague and not itemized as requested. We again asked if this included certain repairs and he advised yes. However, upon arrival to job site things changed. His attitude and demeanor changed. He reneged and back stepped on initial quote/work of repairs. He told us that an additional $450.00 was needed in addition to complete work per initial verbal/text quote. Said my husband and I must have misunderstood what he meant, even though he physically motioned and pointed to all areas to be done during initial inspection and visit. Not sure if he was confused, PLAYING CONFUSED or something else. Or if he was trying to just get more money out of us. Having relayed what initial quote information was back to Mr. Baker and what work was to be done was the point he became aggressively argumentative and downright RUDE!!!!! His loud argumentative voice was actually heard by NEIGHBORS!!! How embarrassing!!!!! He then began to continuously complain about material cost and labor. The customer doesn?t want to hear that!! The crew NEVER was rude, matter of fact they had to referee the escalated situation. When it came time to give final paperwork by Mr. Baker told us that it cost $500.00 to remove cement debris from our front yard. Or he said we could call someone. My husband said no! And when the fascia work was not completed on the first day, he told my husband I will knock off money if you fix it yourself. HELLO, you?re the hired contractor !! Mr. Baker made it quite clear that he prefers NOT to deal with WOMEN! He only wants to deal with the MAN of the house. Which upset my husband and I because he lost a days work to come home and deal with this mess!! You going to pay for that Mr. Baker????? So, end of story? NO, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND MR. BAKER nor will he EVER do work for us again. He does not work well with customers. Does not articulate projected work well. This was also affirmed by crew. ?THATS MR BAKER? . No, not at my house. CANNOT REMEMBER AMOUNT OF MATERIAL USED. HAD US PAY HIS SUBS, THEN TOLD US TO THROW THEM EXTRA MONEY FOR GAS, FOR COMING BACK A SECOND DAY! Little does he know. I took care of my subs!!!! Now? the subcontractors on the other hand were absolutely excellent!!! And yes, I would highly and greatly recommend the subcontractors by themselves!!!! They are: L&G HANDYWORKS. Excellent work!!! Very, kind, helpful, and professional!! Went way above and beyond to please!!! The way they mixed cement was ?OLD SCHOOL ? all by hand. The attentiveness to detail was superb!!!! They worked well together and were a very happy crew. Would, and will, hire them SEPARATELY in the future!!!! Thank you guys!!!! And secondly: A&I STUCCO INC. . WOW!!!!! ? talk about an EXPERT with a trowel!! His work was fascinating to watch!! The precision lines were phenomenal!! Could not ask for any better. Highly and greatly appreciated all the help from ISABEL TAMAYO during this difficult and emotionally challenging transaction with Mr. Baker.She had to write up Mr. Bakers invoice. Mr. Baker had a difficult time keeping numbers straight. Wanted to charge for items/material not used for job. Had him go back to LOWES to return items. Then charge material. Thank you Isabel and Alonzo for everything!! Thankfully this job is over. I wish more people would report on Mr. Baker. Had we of known we would have chosen someone else. And hopefully those EXCELLENT contractors will get out away from Mr. Baker because they don?t deserve his attitude either.

Willie Baker answered my call quickly and kept me up to date on timeline. I had a stucco repair job — Willie and the 2 men he brought with him did a super job and cleaned up after themselves. It was a pleasant experience and I would use Willie again for stucco work.
