Write a ReviewI hired Will Flores because my wife lost her keys. He initially tried to charge me over two hundred for the replacement key. When I told him, "man that was far too much" he said, "well I can do it for a flat rate of 180". When I told him other locksmiths had charged me 75 bucks, he said, " it had a transponder key and that was why it was so much more expensive but that he would drop to 150." If id let him do it. I told him to go ahead and do it, and thanked him. It took him about an hour to get into the car. - then he said he had to leave to go and get something. But he did not come back until a couple hours later and when he did, had the wrong key and was saying, "he was out of the proper key, but this one would work on the ignition". So,.. no door key, no key fob, just the key for the ignition for 150 bucks. But that is not where I take issue. Where, i do was he left and he left things awry.. and when my wife got home she was pissed because when she got in it to go somewhere she discovered, He had disconnected the battery, disconnected the horn, and disabled the security system. Now, when she drives, a light comes on inside that says service security system and she has no horn. My wife called will and was upset. He told her he was going to refund her the 150 but then he didn't. She called him back again of course mad as a hatter and they had it out on the phone. Will then called me and complained to me about my wife. I told him "your in an industry where you have got to be thorough dude and you were not. you also said something but didn't do it, and now the lady's pissed". (Go figure..) -So he and I talked and he and I made a deal, that he would refund me 100 of the 150 keep 50 for his time and let it go at that. So.. I sent him the venmo request and he did the same thing to me, Did not send or refund nothin.. (and now has blocked my phone). Well, (( You brought the bad review on yourself will, I gave you every opportunity save touching our cars again to make it right and you just would not follow through bud..)) Stay away corm will people... Will looks talks and acts like a nice guy that's what I thought but his experience is lacking his method is sloppy and lacking and his word and moral standard (in business). - is garbage.

A simple job I thought. He brought back the wrong color knob and it was not the kind I had. He was able to replace my old knob and I called someone else. Even though it was not fixed I paid him for the trip.
It was a simple job, however you handed me a box of old broken parts from the past, and wanted me to fix it. I did let you know that I did not carry that exact model, and did not have it in stock. That specific model is very very old and obsolete. I could understand why you would think that I brought the wrong color. When a building faces to the South it gets exposed to UV ray?s, and causes extreme fading over many years. I was really trying be informative, and trying meet you needs, as well as your expectations.
Quick, friendly, reliable, work quality was excellent. Was able to change the locks on my door immediately after I called. Would definitely recommend! We'll be calling Will for all our other locksmith needs.
