This was my second time to use Vision Built. The first was a bathroom repair/rebuilt for a rental property I own, I was so satisfied with the work done there that I hired the company to lay a colored concrete pad in the backyard at my personal home. The pad is beautiful. I love the color and size. The concrete was done within several hours and the brush work is excellent. Martin's team does perfection. Thank you so much.

I highly recommend Vision Built. The rebuild was beautifully completed in a timely and considerate manner. My house is a rental so the job had to be completed quickly. The workers kept the tenants informed and happy. We were all very satisfied with beautiful bathroom rebuild.

Martin and Todd at Vision Built are the most responsive contractors I've worked with! Their communication was consistent, timely, and professional. They knew what my bottom line was and took a problem-solving approach to put together a project that met my needs. Ultimately, permitting factors beyond our control stopped the project, but they'll be the first call for my next build!

This is the second remodeling project Vision Built has done on my home. Obviously, I was happy with their services the first time, but the second time they went above and beyond expectations. They clearly communicated both the cost and timeline of the project and were able, by and large, to stick to their projections for both. They even sent out a carpet installation crew on Sunday so our timeline didn't get pushed back. The entire team was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional across the board though I communicated mostly with Todd. He did the majority of the work and he always let me know what phase of the project he would be working on, what to expect and what time to expect either he or his crew. They were usually punctual and if Todd or his crew got held up for some reason, he made sure to let me know things were going to be running behind schedule and what time I could expect him. I really appreciated the great customer service and their work product was fantastic. I'm very happy with the end result!

Working with Martin, Sam and Todd was great. Todd the carpenter did the repair in short order and kept me informed every step of the way.

We selected Vision Built as our contractor even though their bid was not the lowest. Martin Sakwi | Managing Principal, did an excellent job of listening carefully and finding the exact right solutions for our project. We were just hours away from pulling the trigger, signing the construction agreement, and starting the construction project. However, we got an offer from a private investor to buy our property as is. The offer was significant and one we could not ignore. However, we have already told Martin we plan to use Vision Built Construction on our next real estate investment endeavor.
