Very untimely and not communicative, did not do the whole requested job at first.

Va Timber was not aware that you were not satisfied with the work done at your home. The work that was originally quoted to you was done on the day it was scheduled and completed that day. The work you added after that was the only thing not done at that time. We did come back and complete the added work. We apologize for any misunderstanding you may have had with your quote and we thank you for your business.
