I hired this VIOLET CLEANING service for a move-out cleaning and asked them to focus on the kitchen. I even paid extra without hesitation, because I expected a proper job. When I checked the house the next day, nothing was truly cleaned. The owner?s excuse was that the stains were ?too old? and that what I saw was ?the best they could do.? That was unacceptable?if they couldn?t do it, they should have told me upfront. I had to buy my own supplies and redo everything myself. The owner admitted the work wasn?t done properly and promised me a refund, but weeks later I am still waiting. Now they avoid my messages. This isn?t just about money. It?s about honesty, accountability, and keeping your word. They failed on all counts. NOT RECOMMENDED

Hello June, I have to disagree with your comments. We were there as requested and cleaned the kitchen, bathrooms, and floors. The kitchen cabinets and fridge alone took us 4 hours, as they were in very poor condition. Even your aunt apologized for the state they were in and tried her best to help us get the apartment ready, since it wasn?t prepared for us when we arrived. It?s disappointing that our hard work is being criticized so harshly

Violet is very accommodating and Rosa and Agualita did an excellent job for their first time in my home.I am very satisfied and will use them on a regular basis going forward. Once we get the details worked out this review will be all 5 stars!
