    Edlin and his crew were absolutely amazing to work with. Extremely professional and hard working at all times. Seriously, these guys did an amazing job. He gave me updates throughout the day and showed pictures of the progress prior to leaving every afternoon. On the final day of completion he took the time to walk me through everything they installed (jacks and full encapsulation). The level of detail these guys put in to their work is top notch and my crawl space looks like a basement now.

    Justin and his crew installed a supporting jackstand to correct a weak point in our joists. They worked quickly and the results were immediately observable. We have used TFS for several major projects and would advise them for any foundation issues.

    I am very disappointed with The Foundation Specialist. Their price quote was more than double that of a competitor, which raised concerns from the start. I canceled the contract within the 72-hour period as allowed under the Federal cooling-off rule, yet more than 10 days later they have failed to refund my $5,500 deposit. I have called multiple times and was repeatedly told that the sales manager would contact me, but no one has followed up. This lack of professionalism and failure to honor a lawful cancellation is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

    Matthew, Clayton, and Zach (The A Team) arrived as scheduled and finished the project as scheduled. The work was top notch, as was the clean-up afterwards. They were professional and courteous, and shared before and after pictures with me. They didn't hesitate to describe the installation process, as well as, the benefits.

    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
