John is the owner of Viking Bros LLC. Within an hour of requesting help, John called to book the appointment and was at our home within 3 hours. This is important as we had tried for a week to 4 local competitors whom not one called us back. The quote was sent same day and we approved it immediately upon arrival. We highly recommend Viking Bros LLC for all of your needs.

Viking Bros has a limited capacity for customer service. The company prefers to do it 'their way' without regard to customer preference. Very disappointing. And by the way, none of the projects listed above is what I asked to be done. Maybe they did not know how to do the job which would account for the disappointing outcome. One should say when one cannot do the job.

Got a reasonable, speedy quote in late spring. John's crew finished my failed lannon stone wall in two days. Engineered project to last, didn't trample my lawn with heavy machines (as I had requested), and left the site spotless. I need to find more projects for these guys. Excellent!

Viking responded quickly to our inquiries, and John always answered my emails promptly. Their guys were extremely courteous , professional, and like others said...fast! The landscaping work we requested exceeded our expectations! Will definitely recommend, and call for upcoming projects.

We had to have someone come out mid season to mow our lawn due to an unexpected medical issue (husband could not drive tractor for 8,weeks), Viking Bothers were so accommodating and fit us into their schedule. Came out that same week to start mowing the lawn. Price was. Fair, crew is great (and quick!). Would recommend them!

I asked for a lawn to be put in and I got clay and weeds! No actual topsoil, no grading. The clay came from a sewage project!! I was contracted to have a beautiful lawn and instead, still charged top dollar, but received the cheapest under cut down and dirty, garbage. They ruined my driveway by spinning a front end loader on the asphalt. They left old broken sewer pipes on my property that THEY brought onto my property with the clay sewage dirt!!! The owner claimed it was top soil. The more I tried to talk with him the more he yelled, got accusatory, and told me I didn't know what I was talking about. Then he stormed off of my property and I had to stop my project. NEVER would I recommend Viking.

We performed the work asked of us to standard. There was fill brought in to raise the grade of a hole in her lawn and, yes, there was a portion of (1) pvc pipe in the fill. Otherwise it was nice clay fill. We brought in 6" of topsoil purchased from the largest topsoil provider in the area (always good dirt), seeded the portion of her lawn over the hole, fertilized and laid straw. There were no sewage pipes or anything like that brought onto the property, just the broken piece of pvc which I took with me. We did alot of work there, including clearing trees and planitng bed work. She had a long asphalt driveway and we could only load our machine up on the trailer on the asphalt, so to not damage her lawn. The employee did turn on the asphalt to get to the trailer. I checked out the marks and they were very minor. We try not to damage anything if possible, and if so will try to correct. I came to talk to her the last day of the work and she came storming out her door in a very accusatory manner. I tried to expalin that the fill was ok (and it was) and that we put topsoil over it, at least 6". She was very belligerent and I tried to talk to her in a professional manner and after 20 minutes of being accused of being a bad contractor, I said that she didn't understand the process and was sorry she felt that way. Was just being honest. I am sorry she did not we did a good job. i would like have a chance to see the work now. We have been in business 30 years now and take pride in doing good work and making the experience as pleasant as possible for our customers. I know when the yard is tore up that it can get frustrating, but, I hope we do nice work for people.
