My pool turned brown and my equipment wasn?t working. After hiring them on March 12 to clean my pool and get everything back to normal, my pool is still not working and it?s green. I messaged multiple times saying my sweeper still isn?t on and told Vic how green my pool still is, to which he replied it should be good at that point. He then told me last Thursday he?d be back that day and my pool would be ready that Saturday. No one has come back, and upon speaking to other pool cleaning companies, found this entire process should have only taken a few days. I am into over a month with Vic, and not once has my pool even been swept down or cleaned. Also, my filter was broken and he or one of his guys taped it up with black tape. The first photos in uploading is my pool on March 11, and the other two is what my pool still looks like today. April 17.

I know this vendor around 3 years as one of my friend give a recommendation before. The vendor always timely on doing my pool maintenance. In such curcumstance, if there is any additional services cost, Victor always give information beforehand. So far using their services, I dont have complaint. I definately recommend for you all to use their services. You will instantly loves their job.
