Veteran Roofing, Inc.

Hired Keith, Told us he had a contractors license, which he does not, told me he owned veteran Roofing Inc and was the president, it is actually owned by his son and he is using his sons license number to get work. He has no contractors license. Never does what he promises, Cant trust a word that comes out of his mouth... his work is still incomplete 17 months later and he did not even get permits for most of the work or inspections as needed.

Over a year ago we hired Veteran Roofing Inc to do contracting work on our home. Keith Robinson sold my wife on his ability to complete the work she was asking at a reasonable price. One year later we are not anywhere near living in our house despite not living in it for 6 months so that they could do work. For almost 6 months our roof was left exposed. After they did do part of our roof it leaked where we had no issue before they started working. Mr Robinson never finished supplementals that our insurance company asked for. People he hired complained about not being paid. One person he hired said he was told by Mr Robinson that we would pay him for the work he did. That was not true. Mr Robinson does not like to answer his phone. His associate Patrick stopped answering his phone as well when we asked him about work, they promised that was not being done. I asked for a timeline I would never receive. We were told on multiple occasions that there would be work done at certain times, and that did not happen. The only time I could guarantee to Mr Robinson is when he was alerted that our mortgage company had released a check. Eventually the mortgage company and the insurance were not impressed by his lack of effort completing the work he promised. I am a veteran, and I would not recommend veteran roofing inc.

He does not honor his warranty. We have leaks that have caused damage, and they will not come to fix them. They will not respond to emails, phone calls, texts, etc. Find someone else!!!

My tenants are very pleased with the work. The ROOF-ADVISORS solved all of our leak problems and the utilities are lower from the energy savings.
