Tom Vandermolen

Tom replaced the baseboard trim throughout our house. He did a nice job on the trim and it was obvious he takes pride in his work. My only complaint is that his services seem very expensive, If you break the job down by the hour he charged just under $60/hr. so you might want to think about getting multiple estimates.

Tom was great!! He removed an old rotting deck from our cottage & built a beautiful deck exactly as I asked & more. His attention to detail & the craftmanship is amazing!!

We have had many carpenters work for us through the years but Tom, by far, is the best of the best! His craftsmanship is superior and reflects his vast knowledge of his craft! He is punctual and his quotes are accurate. Tom is a wonderful person and it was pleasure working with him. We will be calling him again and again!

I can't recommend Tom highly enough. He works quickly, professionally, and does high-quality work for a very fair price. He built a temporary support for our front stoop overhang, removed the iron columns, and then installed two wooden columns at a later date. Very impressed and will absolutely contact him again for any future work needs.

I hired Tom VanderMolen through Home Advisor to install shiplap. I had never had someone do work at my home without a recommdation. I went in blind and was a little nervous. Now I couldn t be happier. Tom was prompt, courteous and respectful. He consulted me on every design decision and I am very pleased with the results. Tom did an excellent job installing several doors, base and case in our upstairs renovation project. He was on time, did not go over what he quoted, and did an excellent job, a true pro! He did a great job keeping the worksite and home clean, and made sure we were happy with the work before he billed. He will be at the top of my list for future projects!
