allways do good work ,but never show up on time as scheduled,and they sometimes mis areas we ask them to do ,but overall very friendly people,with a great attitude.they really seem to like what they do

Gloria is a great lady who assessed my house for the in-depth cleaning. Once we scheduled, she and another lady were prompt and ready to go. They even came prepared... she bought all the cleaning supplies needed (all products were "go green" and environmentally friendly). She left all the supplies when finished (since the cost of the supplies were included). Initially, I thought they did a wonderful job but on closer inspection, they forgot a few requests (like washing kitchen floor by hand). Still, they spent 9+ hours cleaning my house and it looks great! Would recommend for the "picky people" at heart! I am picky. No complaints overall gr8!

Two of the referrals did not have equipment. Gloria lied and said she did have a floor buffer. She showed up and cleaned hardwood floors with my steam mop. When I asked where buffer was, she said she was only using liquid wax. The results were very disappointing. It was also more expensive than Merry Maids who would have done mush more in the 2 hours spent. Note that I had moved most of the furniture out of the 2 rooms being done. I would not use her again!

These people were the first to respond to our request, came out the next morning to give us a bid, and showed up the next morning to do the job.....at a price that was extremely reasonable.

She is a very nice lady! She does a really good job. There is a slight language barrier, but she makes herself understood. She is willing to do anything you ask of her.
