He was very sloppy and left paint on the hardwood floors and carpeting. There were runs in the paint and he left the floors filthy. I was unable to even write a review because because he informed service magic he didn't do that type of work. Additionally, he was very rude over the phone when I called to mention the paint spots on the floor and offered no recourse.

Walter informed me that he fired a Painter prior to hiring me. We painted a Kitchen and stairway for Walter. He called to inform me that there was a drip in the corner and a paint spot on the carpet in the basement. I asked to return the next morning to remedy the issues, even though they may not have been my doing, and he said "it's not necessary" and that he will give me a "bad review". The customer had applied paint samples over several areas of the walls and may have caused these issues himself but it would take no time at all to fix so I asked to return. I tried to satisfy Walter's concerns but he would not allow me.

This is the first time I used servicemagic, as recommended by a co-worker, and will surely use the site again since I was so thrilled with the work that Lenny and Allen of Value Painting did in my house. They were quick, cost efficient, and very professional. I will definitely hire them again, as well as recommend them to friends and family.

Len did an excellent job. We hired him to paint our 2-story foyer and family room with an 18ft vaulted ceiling. He was very professional and accommodating, and overall a very nice guy to work with. He finished the job in less time than anticipated, with 2 coats, and flawless. Fixed our nail pops too! Very reasonably priced. I will definitely hire him again.
