Mike's customer service, attention to detail, and expertise regarding our HVAC replacement was excellent. Our current system was not working, and the original installers of the unit (Not Valley Comfort) were giving us the proverbial "run around", indicating that it could be repaired, yet after numerous visits they were unable to repair the unit and it was no longer blowing cold air. The original installers also did not want to replace the unit, as they weren't confident that it would fix the issue either. They told us they didn't currently have the time to properly diagnose, but that re-charging the unit over and over was all they could offer for now, and that at a later time they might be able to come back when they have the time. We decided to call Valley Comfort Champions based on customer service reviews, since our previous company's response seemed unacceptable. On short notice, Mike came out to assess the situation, who gave us the two options of replacement or fixing. Most importantly and unlike our original HVAC company, he was confident that in either option it would correct our issue since he would test the line set and all other points to ensure there are no leaks and things would be running smoothly. We chose the replacement option, and Mike came back as agreed upon in a few days, and did extensive testing prior to the replacement to ensure our existing lines were good. He flushed the drain line as well which was also likely causing us some issue. He tested everything afterwards of course as well, and everything is now in working order, blowing cold air just in time for the summer as he promised. We couldn't be any happier with Mike, who was courteous, knowledgeable, treated us with respect, and adhered to the best of his ability to be timely. He let us know if he would be running late in advance, and kept to the general schedule as promised, which is all that you can ask for in this type of service industry. He even dropped by after a few days of the install to make sure everything was working properly (after calling first). In an industry where others often talk down or treat customers with disrespect, Mike shines through as he is courteous and respectful in his communication, while keeping the customers concerns in mind. Highly recommend, and wish Valley Comfort Champions the best in their endeavors!

My wife and I decided to finally install some sort of HVAC cooling/heating system installed into our home. After having a few companies come over for quotes I was still hesitant on going through with the project. Valley Comfort champions was my last call and after meeting Michael he made me feel comfortable with his quote and what type of work I wanted. Fast Friendly and Affordable. Originally called to have the very old central AC unit to get recharged, within reason. Mike had listened to my concerns about the old central ac and heating unit. The ac wasnt blowing cold at all. So I let him know the parameters for that old ac unit and our budget to recharge it. He came by on 4-8-23, gave us the breakdown of the price of what he was going to do and explained what was going to be done, so no unexpected surprises. On 4-11-23, work was started and almost finished that day. Finished the job today 4-14-23. Highly professional of him to not charge us more for the unit installed because the replacement hvac one that we were originally quoted on was not in stock. New Central AC, furnace, water heater, coil and wi fi thermostat installed, and removed old pipes from a water heater unit no longer there. Will refer friends and neighbors who need work to be done fast, reliable, friendly and affordable. Thanks Mike
