Vasiliy handled the demo, wall prep, and tile for my bathtub/ shower area and did an awesome job. He showed up when he said he would, worked quickly AND carefully, and was a pleasure to have in my home. (He was even nice to my "helpful" dog!) I'm likely moving in the next year and my first call for any construction/ remodel needs will definitely be VNV and Vasiliy!

Did not end up moving forward with the project, but VNV were very understanding and always easy to get ahold of while I was looking at quotes.

VNV (Jonathan) was easy to work with and able to accommodate a tight time frame on my end, which was great. Vasiliy installed the new tile floor for me as well as performing some tile/grout repair in a 2nd bath and did a great job. He was dependable/prompt, courteous and flexible. I'm happy to recommend VNV/Vasiliy to others for their tiling jobs.

When I talked to them, they were extremely professional. I was able to tell them what I needed and they sent a person out to measure the floor right away and gave me an estimated time that they would be able to come out and they met the estimated time. I especially liked the fact that they were able to accomplish my preference of communication via email.

Vasilly explain in greater detail how his and his crew plan to install the hardwood flooring. Due to a back injury I suffer from Iraq, he and his crew move all the heavy items and furniture to begin the project. When he identified a possible concern, he immediately brought it to my attention and gave me his professional experience and options to rectify that issue. His professionalism N customer service was beyond my expectations. Vitaliy, Carpentry expertise was a work of art. The project took only two days which included the removal of carpet, padding, furniture moving and baseboards to install the flooring of a house thatâ s just under 2100 sq ft. The best money Iâ ve spent upgrading this house.

Vasiliy is a true craftsman. He reviewed my sketches and talked with me about possibilities, then made suggestions as the job progressed and we saw what else could be included. His work is excellent and he got the drainage slope perfect in our walk-in shower, even suggesting a better drain for our application than we originally purchased. Martin has quoted carpet purchase and installation for commercial projects for our business as well, and Alaina has been responsive in the shop to our every need.

Martin enthusiastically made a house call with samples and understood my vision for the look I wanted to acheive. I visited with Alina at the shop who worked with me on the final selection of product. Vasily installed and completed the work in one day. I love the result and plan to contract the work out for my next project!
