I own a two bedroom two bath condo in south Palm Springs that was in need of extensive repairs before being put on the market to be sold. Repairs included resurfacing and restaining kitchen cabinets, tile flooring repair, drywall repair and painting throughout. I was put in contact with VIP Construction Services via referral. The owner of VIP, Valentin Pop came to my home to assess the work that was needed and a few days later provided a thorough work estimate of the entire job. Valentin is a very pleasant young family man, I found him to be professional, conscientious, well spoken and easy to communicate with. He said that he had been working with the same crew for 10+ years, which was evident in the way they all worked together. While VIP was not the lowest bid we received, I was extremely happy with their work, and I believe the old adage, "you get what you pay for" definitely applies here. I would highly recommend VIP Construction Services for home repair of any scale.

The best has dealt with has dealt with many, many contractors and he is the best. As far as price goes you get what you pay for, not the cheapest but the quality is the best. He guarantees his work! Will recommend to other will not be the least expensive but worth the value. Everything is up front and disclosed at the time of contract.

Valentin and his staff provided excellence in craftsmanship, carefulness, thoroughness, communication and customer service. They went over and beyond. I am very pleased and am working with Valentin for a more creative project at my house. P.S. Our Doberman is a very good judge of character. She accepted Valentin immediately, unlike another contractor who proved to be a negative, complaining personality lacking in follow-through.

Okay . . . so there are a lot of construction guys and contractors out there these days and buy and large most are pretty good. Enter VIP who not only showed up on time but called in advance to assure that we are ready for him. As dismal as the job we needed him to perform was, he was soft spoken, easy going and so self assured that we immediately felt right with him. The project was for our new front door. We provided the unfinished hardwood door and he did the rest, to the flawless measurements, the choice of finish materials, the absolute perfect color match for the staining, the match of the colors for the brass hardware, knobs, and new threshold, not to mention the perfect 5 coat, hand-rubbed gloss of the finish. My wife and I were staggered by the quality of his work, the complement of his workmen who installed the door (or the pride portal to our home). There are others who live and work in this valley but this man's workmanship, coupled with his pleasing personality and devotion to assuring our happiness, makes Valentine Pop, without question, a cut above the other tradesmen we've encountered and to put the frosting on the cake . . . his prices were reasonable. Look no farther that VIP Construction Services. You'll be very glad you did.
