Very reliable. Took some time as they had other work as well but this was not an issue for me as I did not have a tight schedule and let them know. Finished job was very satisfactory and several neighbors may use the company for their own stucco projects.

I obtained 4 estimates for the stucco job I needed done on my home. I & B was the contractor I chose. When John came over to provide an estimate he was very polite and very knowledgeable regarding my situation. He described exactly what I needed and described in detail the process he was going to undertake to get the job done. But so did the other contractors. The reason I chose I & B was because of what John said he was going to do. He described more detail and he did more than the other contractors said they were going to accomplish. None of the other contractor said they were going to lay down nylon to prevent future cracking, John did. John went over and above the call of duty and his work was immaculate –artistic. I would strongly recommend I & B to anyone and I will eventually hire I & B in the future. Thanks, John for a perfect job, better than I expected.

I hired John in August of 2017 to do stucco remediation on my home. If I could give him a 10 star rating I would. He responded very quickly to my request for an estimate; showed up on time, cleaned up each day and completed the job within a very tight timeline. His work ethic and expertise is not something easily found today. I would recommend his company without reservation to anyone in need of stucco remediation.

job not started yet, but 2 references were more than highly satisfied. I look forward to seeing the completed job. Ionut (John) is a professional, courteous, knowledgeable and has good follow-up. He prices his jobs to be paid in 3 payments, as the job takes time over wiring, scratch coat, brown coat and finish coat.
