They did such a wonderful job on our 400+ square foot deck. They showed up on time every day and had it done in under a week. When they ran into unexpected problems that required additional materials, we were alerted right away. Highly recommend for any budget your family has

I needed some help with a bedroom remodel. They replaced the existing ceiling joists with 2x10s. Their team meticulously removed existing insulation, installed new joists, and replaced everything that was removed. I am picky, and they were precise and quick with all of their work. I will 100% be using them again!

Claudio was outstanding to work with, an honest guy that walked the job and made suggestions that were smart for the long-term health of the front deck he was repairing. His fit and finish work was outstanding, consistent gaps and cuts showed attention to detail. His quote was fair, and he left the site clean even washing the deck for a great finished appearance. I contracted C.U. Building Dreams LLC to rebuild my back deck with a different footprint and to build a patio. Additionally, I had the siding on the back of the house replaced. Claudio and his team did an excellent job, adhering to a timely schedule and offering a fair price. They went above and beyond my expectations and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the project. During Claudioâ s first visit, he collaborated with me to develop a proposed design, immediately showing me the new layout on his iPad. He produced a quote within a few days. Claudio was quick to resolve any unexpected issues that arose during the project. I would not hesitate to hire him and his team for future work.
