Universal Lawn and Floor

They did a wonderful job on our landscaping and I was thrilled with how our yard looked until I realized two weeks later that they piled lumber and trash in the pile with the bushes and other yard debris. We had specifically discussed the cleanup and I told him that the city will haul off yard debris but professionals are supposed to remove it themselves. I told him I did not mind if the yard debris was left by the road for the city to pick up, and he said it was not a problem, they do a house a few doors down and remove their debris too. Two weeks after they finished the job, the city came to collect the debris and stopped halfway through the pile because they found lumber and a pallet. I informed Donnie 10 days ago that the lumber needed to be hauled off. He argued with me and said he would get out here when he can. Then he proceeded to argue with me some more and threaten me when I posted reviews about my experience. Definitely beware!!!

I've hired Universal Lawn and Floor multiple times. If you want dependability, honesty, professionalism, and quality work, Donnie is your man. He takes care of my bi-weekly lawn maintenance, and every time I think of a new project he greets me with a smile. He takes care of my mulching, river rocks, planting flowers, and trees. This past week I had a huge clean up job with removal of old landscaping rocks, and timber. He cleaned it up beautifully. I would highly recommend Universal for all your outside needs.

If I could rank 1000/5, I would. Donnie and his crews are always top notch. I have two big dogs. The crew ALWAYS checks to make sure the dogs are in and secure before opening the gate. If there are toys we missed picking up they are always respectful and gather them instead of mowing around or over. Once everything is done, someone always comes back and makes sure the gates are secure before leaving. In addition to the regularly contracted services we have, I have contacted Universal to assist with my dad's 1.25 acre property when his tractor went down. They responded and helped immediately. If you need a landscaper or lawn maintenance company, Universal should be your choice.

Came out in a timely manner on the day I requested and has been maintaining since. Great guys and my lawn looks amazing.

Got to our job quickly and knew what to do to prep our yard for placing it on the market. Also maintained it weekly while on the market until sold. Payment for services was easy, secure, timely and reasonable. I would definitely recommend.
